Dear Ross-on-Wye AC Members,

We have scheduled two work parties to attend to swim clearance and maintenance on our Benhall beats, particularly the Upper Benhall area. These will take place on Wednesday 21st and Saturday 24th of September and the meeting point in each case will be our Benhall Farm car park at 10am.

Strimmers, brush cutters and nettle slashers will be particularly welcome, along with pruning saws and loppers. Please come and help out if you can.

The two work parties are anticipated to run until around 1pm and from 2pm on the Saturday 24th it’s planned to have a social gathering with liquid and solid refreshment at the Weirend salmon hut. All members are welcome to attend the social event regardless of whether you’ve participated in the work party.
