All Waters To Close Until Further Notice re High Water Temperatures (w.e.f. Sunset Sunday 5th July)

All Ross On Wye Angling Club waters including the Ross Town Section Day Ticket Stretch will be closed to fishing from sunset on Sunday 5th July until further notice.

This is in the interest of fish welfare due to the high water temperature, coupled with low flow rates. The club committee will regularly monitor the situation and weather forecasts, and will re-open our waters as soon as is reasonable. ROWAC members will be notified by email, non-members looking to fish on the day ticket section, can refer back to the website to see when the river is again open for fishing. In the meantime, we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
