Below is a list of useful links on the current conditions on the River Wye. These include current river levels from the Environment Agency at Ross on Wye and upstream at Mordiford and Hereford so that the member can see River levels upstream and be able to know of any flood heading down the catchment.
The river level gauges below are in the order upstream to downstream, so Hereford being further up the River comes first. In order to give the angler some idea of how quickly the River is rising or falling, it takes about 9 hours for any peak passing Hereford to show at Ross and 6 hours or thereabouts for any peak at Mordiford to reach Ross on Wye. This varies a bit because remember the River Lugg joins the Wye at Mordiford.
