The coarse fishing season finished about two weeks ago but obviously that message has yet to reach the fish. Richard Woodhouse was spinning for Salmon on Benhall when he landed a couple of clonking perch which took his Flying C spinner. The biggest weighed in at a massive 3lb 4oz and a smaller fish though still 1lb 11oz followed the big fish to the landing net.
